It looks fine to me but I never made brioche and am allergic to honey. If it tastes fine and is soft I assume you achieved your goal and it doesn't matter if it should be done differently. People are different so are tastes and recipes.

It looks good! I'm assuming the honey could be replaced with something else too, but I'd have to look into that.

Luckily we all are different, so the world can be filled with a multitude of very different, amazing things :)
