Ya man, I must give the overnight outs a go. I often use flaxseed and chia seeds, but oats defo a good idea to fill out the bowl.

You're 100% right about making things from scratch and lots of our dinners are from scratch, with the only tin or packet going in tinned tomatoes and a stock cube. The rest is meat, tonnes of vegetables and herbs and spices...

Nothing wrong with tins if its just food and water. Maybe a little bit of salt. But not sodium metabisulphite. I eat a lot of frozen veg for convenience and avoiding waste.

Ref sodium metabisulphite, nothing like adding a bit of poison to our food!! Absolute scum of the earth Big Food companies. Money money money, that's all that matters to these people..
