As I mentioned yesterday, sometimes I choose not to have carbs. But I've decided that rather than eating a larger quantity of high-fat foods and completely abandoning carbs (or going full carnivore), I will continue having certain carbs. Currently I have bulgur, sweet potato, black rice, and whole wheat pasta.
What I am considering at the moment, however, is slightly amending my fat intake. I may like to have low gi, good carbs alongside a sensible level of fats from both non-animal and animal products (nuts, avocado, and meats in particular). At the moment, my fat intake is slightly above RDA due to the style of diet I adopted first off.
I will keep you all updated on any changes.

Hi @adamrobinson

So in your next posts, we hope you respect this rule.
