make chicken dimsum

Hello friends, everyone, hive and food lovers

hello foodies lovers are back with me again on this occasion I want to share a post about my favorite snack, namely chicken dimsum

It can't be denied that dimsum is because its delicious taste makes me want to keep cravings, in the past I often bought chicken and crab dimsum in my city, after I saw several methods on the internet I wanted to make it myself, besides that it could be used to stock frozen food too and Of course, cleanliness is maintained because we make it ourselves

Actually, this is not the first time I have made dimsum, I have made dimsum several times, and all the dimsum I have ever made are the same, namely chicken dimsum, here I also want to share with all my friends how to make my style of dimsum, it turns out it is very easy to make, just Mixing some makes delicious dimsum

This food from China is very popular in my country, and has lots of fans because it tastes delicious, almost the same as chicken dumplings, just a little different.

Ingredients for Chicken Dimsum:

IMG_20240304_215037.jpg

300 grams of chicken meat
100 grams of shrimp
50 grams of chayote
30 grams of carrots
1 egg
5 tbsp tapioca
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp chicken stock
dimsum skin

how to make :

(1) The first step is to wash the chicken and shrimp, then put them in a blender and break 1 egg, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, pepper and chicken stock. Here I don't add any more salt because the chicken stock tastes salty.

(4) take the dimsum skin then take 1 spoonful of the mixture then fold the dimsum according to your wishes, here I shaped it like a flower by pinching the edges of the dimsum and topping with grated carrots on top of the dimsum
