Hallo everyone!

This time i will introduce another traditional Indonesian food that has a very unique appearance. Its nme is DODOL.

Dodol its one of the traditional foods from Indonesia. Known for its sweet taste and chewy texture .This food is made from a mixture of glutinous rice flour palm sugar and coconut milk that is cooked for a long time until it becomes thick and sticky .The process of making dodol requires patience because the mixture must be stirred continuously to prevent it from burning.

On of the most famous types is Dodol Garut from West Java.Dodol has many flavors such as chocolate, durian,and pandan.

Dodol is usually made during special events like holiday and celebrations. Because of its traditional process,dodol is considered one of Indonesia's cultural foods that should be preserved .

DODOL is a traditional Indonesian food that we should preserve.
