¡Hola Hivers! Bendecido día, hoy quiero enseñarles cómo hacer helados cremosos de chocolate en bolsitas. Ideal para compartir con nuestros seres queridos.
Hi Hivers! Blessed day, today I want to show you how to make creamy chocolate ice creams in bags. Ideal to share with our loved ones.
Ingredientes:
• Chocolate
• Azúcar
• Leche 1 litro
• Galletas de chocolate
• Vainilla
• Maicena
• Agua
• Bolsas de teta
Ingredients:
• Chocolate
• Sugar
• Milk 1 liter
• Chocolate cookies
• Vanilla
• Cornstarch
• Water
• Tit bags
Procedimiento:
En una cacerola montaremos a cocinar 450ml de agua, 150 de leche y 6 cucharadas de maicena y revolvemos hasta que hierva, espese y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
Process:
In a saucepan we will cook 450 ml of water, 150 of milk and 6 tablespoons of cornstarch and stir until it boils, thickens and let it cool to room temperature.
Ya frio procedemos a licuar, agregamos la maicena cocida, chocolate, 3 gotas de vainilla, 250g de azúcar o al gusto y el resto de la leche y batimos.
Once cold, we proceed to blend, add the cooked cornstarch, chocolate, 3 drops of vanilla, 250g of sugar or to taste and the rest of the milk and beat.
Luego vertimos la mezcla en un envase, picamos las galletas con la mano y se lo integramos.
Then we pour the mixture into a container, we chop the cookies by hand and we integrate it.
Si no tenemos sirope de chocolate podemos hacerlo con, dos cucharadas de azúcar glass, una de chocolate y una de agua.
If we do not have chocolate syrup, we can do it with two tablespoons of icing sugar, one of chocolate and one of water.
Para preparar los helados colocamos la bolsa en una taza y con una cucharilla derramamos sirope de chocolate en su interior y lo que batimos antes, sacamos la bolsa, le hacemos un nudo y las ponemos en el refrigerador a congelar (me salieron 16 helados).
To prepare the ice creams, we place the bag in a cup and with a teaspoon we pour chocolate syrup inside it and what we beat before, we take out the bag, we tie a knot and put them in the refrigerator to freeze (I got 16 ice creams).
