Hola amigos. Me encargaron una torta húmeda de chocolate y he querido grabar todo el proceso para compartir con ustedes su realización.
Acá comparto mis secretos.

Receta:

-4 Huevos
-2 1/2 taza de azúcar
-3 Tazas de Harina
-2 cucharaditas de Bicarbonato
-100 gramos de cacao
-1 taza de leche
-1 taza de mantequilla
-1 cucharadita de vinagre blanco
-1 cucharada de Vainilla

Procedimiento: primero debemos armar todo el mise a place (aunque yo no lo hice en el vídeo) pero pesar y tener todo medido y a la mano.
Lo primero que hay que hacer es cremar la mantequilla, y una vez que este cremosa, se le va agregando poco a poco el azúcar. Una vez integrado completamente la mantequilla con el azúcar, vamos agregando yema a yema, dejando reservada la clara del huevo. Luego añadimos la esencia de vainilla o de chocolate. Y en otro bowl mezclamos lo ingredientes secos, es decir, la harina, el cacao y el bicarbonato.
Podemos ir agregando la harina y la vamos alternando con la leche que previamente tiene el vinagre y un toque de 7up.
Una vez este toda la mezcla, podemos batir a punto de nieve las claras y agregar.
Engrasamos el molde, colocamos harina y agregamos la mezcla.
El horno debe estar previamente caliente en 180°C. Y debe durar en cocción hasta mínimo media hora.o hasta que al introducir un palito o cuchillo, salga seco. Dejar enfriar.

Recipe:

We can add the flour and we are alternating it with the milk that previously has the vinegar and a touch of 7up.
Once all the mixture is done, we can beat the egg whites to a point of snow and add.
Grease the mold, place flour and add the mixture.
The oven must be previously hot at 180° C. And it must last in cooking until at least half an hour.or until when you insert a stick or knife, it comes out dry. Let cool
