En una tabla vamos a golpear con un martillo las milanesa para dejarla bien delgada.

Picar la espinaca en tiras finas, y mezclar con 2 cucharadas grandes de queso crema.

Vamos a rellenar con la mezcla anterior las milanesas, agregar una linea de mezcla en un costado.

Vamos a juntar ambos extremos de la milanesa hasta formar un rollo con la milanesa que sujetaremos con ayuda de palitos de dientes, usar los necesarios para que no se vaya a salir el relleno.

Para servir retira los palitos y puedes servir completo o picar en rodajas en enrollado, a mi me encanta acompañaresta receta con arroz y alguna ensalada, espero prueben hacerla y la disfruten tanto como yo.
