Ingredientes:
150 gramos de carne de res molida
Arroz cocido
2 pimentones grandes
1/2 cebolla
1/2 tomate
Queso rallado

En una olla sofreímos carne de res, hasta estar completamente cocida.
In a pot we sauté beef, until it is completely cooked.

Cortarnos tomate, cebolla y cebollín, agregamos a la carne junto con sal al gusto.
Cut tomato, onion and chives, add to the meat along with salt to taste.

Lavamos el pimentón, y cortaremos la parte superior completa, retiramos la semillas y reservaremos para usar como decoración del plato.
Wash the paprika, and cut off the whole top part, remove the seeds and reserve to use as decoration of the dish.

En un bol mezclaremos la carne con arroz previamente cocido
In a bowl, mix the meat with previously cooked rice.

Vertemos el relleno en los pimentones hasta llenar por completo, agregamos queso rallado al final y colocamos los pimentones en una bandeja para horno.
Pour the filling into the peppers until completely filled, add grated cheese at the end and place the peppers in a baking dish.

Llevamos al horno durante 30 minutos, retiramos y ya estarán listos para comer.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, remove and they are ready to eat.
