Good day community?, i want to present one of the popular food's in Nigeria called TAPIOKA( or cassava salad). Here in Nigeria, many people or families prepars this as breakfast, some use it as lunch while some persons from a placse called (MBA_ISE) This is a paticular tribe in Imo State here in Nigeria.Where people from that tripe holds casava salad in very high esteemed that they use it to entertain there visitor,s.Check here, this is the sliced cassava, from the root of cassava stem, And this is the cassava stem it's self.
After the harvesting of the casava stem from the farm, you pell out the cover and throw it away then use the seed and slice to bring out that one inside the plate. The next is to bring out the ingredients for the preparetion depends on your choice, many people use, 'red oil, pepper, onions, fish, maggi, some also add meat or pormo" depends on choice,
Then after putting all the condiment's together?, You now cook it on fire for twenty or twenty_five minutes is done, ready to serve as breakfast or lunch. Very delicious.
