Bread balls are one of the easiest and quickest things to prepare. As for "normal" meatballs, also in this case it is not necessary to follow a proper recipe: there are those who like more cheeses, those with more spices, etc.
Mine are guidelines, but keep in mind that the more seasoning you add the more appetizing the meatballs will be.

INGREDIENTS for about 10 meatballs

300 g of Bread
3 glasses of water
2 cloves of garlic
A generous spoonful of pecorino
A pinch of salt
Pepper as needed
A sprig of parsley
1 egg
250 ml of tomato sauce

*1) Leave the breadcrumbs in the water for about 30 minutes.

  1. After the necessary time, squeeze it well and put it in a bowl with grated garlic, pecorino cheese, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and egg.
  2. Form the meatballs and cook them in the oven with a drizzle of oil at 220 ° for 15 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, fry the garlic with a little oil, add the tomato sauce and then dip the meatballs into it. They will be ready after 10/15 minutes.*
