Un cordial saludo comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, para esta publicación en casa hemos preparado una receta sencilla, rápida y con pocos ingredientes, se trata de una pasta corta con cubos de chuleta ahumada, acompañada con una salsa de tomate, todo preparado en la misma cacerola, espero que les agrade.
A warm greeting community of Foodies Bee Hive, for this publication at home we have prepared a simple recipe, fast and with few ingredients, it is a short pasta with cubes of smoked cutlet, accompanied with a tomato sauce, all prepared in the same pan, I hope you like it.
Ingredientes
- 2 chuletas ahumadas cortadas en cubos
- 300 gr de pasta corta
- 1 cebolla mediana cortada en cubos pequeños
- 1 zanahoria mediana cortada en cubos pequeños
- 2 dientes de ajo
- Sal, pimienta, ajo pulverizado y paprika al gusto.
- Sazonador al gusto
- Media taza de puré de tomate
- 2 o 3 cucharadas de aceite
Ingredients
- 2 smoked chops cut in cubes
- 300 gr short pasta
- 1 medium onion cut into small cubes
- 1 medium carrot cut into small cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper, pulverized garlic and paprika to taste.

- 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil
Procedimiento
Empezaremos salteando, a fuego medio alto, la cebolla (1), en una cacerola profunda, con dos o tres cucharadas de aceite, agregaremos el ajo picado en cubitos (2) y la zanahoria (3), mezclaremos bien y dejaremos que se sofrían por unos 5 minutos (4), agregaremos la chuleta, incluyendo los huesos (5), que ayudarán a darle más sabor, mezclaremos, luego condimentaremos (6) y saltearemos por unos cinco minutos más.

Luego de saltear cuando la chuleta haya dorado un poco (7), agregaremos el puré de tomates y mezclaremos (8), dejaremos cocinar por unos tres minutos, y luego cubriremos con agua o si lo prefieren con caldo de pollo, debe ser el suficiente como para que también cubra las pastas cuando las agreguemos (9), subiremos el fuego, mezclaremos y controlaremos el sabor del caldo.
Cuando esté hirviendo agregaremos la pasta (10), la mezclaremos y procuraremos que quede lo más cubierta de líquido que sea posible (11), bajaremos el fuego a la mitad y dejaremos cocinar tapado por unos diez minutos, o el tiempo que indique el empaque de la pasta, luego de lo cual destaparemos y mezclaremos nuevamente, si es necesario podemos dejar cocinar unos minutos más destapado para que reduzca el exceso de líquido, con esto ya nuestra pasta estará lista (12), solo debemos retirar los huesos de la chuleta y servir.
