Perros calientes

Que tal amigos de hive, esta receta es super popular en cada lugar al que vayas, pues es deliciosa y sumamente practica y se puede comer con las manos, sin necesidad de muchos protocolos. Quizás muchos ya sepan prepararla, pero aquí les dejo mi versión, que disfruten y a cocinar.

How about hive friends, this recipe is super popular in every place you go, because it is delicious and highly practical and can be eaten with your hands, without the need for many protocols. Perhaps many already know how to prepare it, but here is my version, enjoy and cook.

Ingredientes:

• 2 salchichas
• 2 panes de perro
• Salsa de tomate y mayonesa
• Papas fritas
• Queso rallado

Ingredients:

• 2 sausages
• 2 dog breads
• Tomato sauce and mayonnaise
• Chips
• Grated cheese

Pasos a seguir:

• Paso 1: En una olla colocar agua a hervir, y añadir las salchichas, por aproximadamente unos 5 minutos.





• Paso 2: Abrir los panes a la mitad, y calentarlos en baño de maría.



• Paso 3: Retirar las salchichas del agua, y cortar con cuidado el papel que las envuelve.



• Paso 4: Una vez listo meter en los panes las salchichas, las papitas, las salsas y el queso rallado.

Steps to follow:

• Step 1: In a pot, bring water to boil, and add the sausages, for approximately 5 minutes.
• Step 2: Open the loaves in half, and heat them in a bain-marie.
• Step 3: Remove the sausages from the water, and carefully cut the wrapping paper.
• Step 4: Once ready, put the sausages, chips, sauces and grated cheese in the bread.
