Se sofríe el arroz como se hace de costumbre, se le agrega la sal y las 3 cucharadas de panela liquida, se revuelve todo y se le agrega la Pepsi, se deja cocinar como de costumbre y al secar se tapa y se baja el fuego a lo mas bajo que se pueda.Sauté the rice as usual, add the salt and the 3 tablespoons of liquid panela, stir everything and add the Pepsi, let it cook as usual and when it dries, cover and lower the heat to as low as possible.
Se limpia y corta la pechuga de pollo al gusto yo la hice cuadritos por los niños lo sofreí con mantequilla le agregue sal, mostaza, un poquito de color, pimentón dulce molido y 3 cuchadas y media de salas BBQ, un poquito de agua y tape deje cocinar hasta reducir y quedara un salsa espesa.Clean and cut the chicken breast to taste I diced it for the children I fry it with butter add salt, mustard, a little color, ground sweet paprika and 3 and a half tablespoons of BBQ sauces, a little water and tape Let cook until reduced and a thick sauce will remain.
Pelo y corto los plátanos para hacer tostones y al tener el aceite caliente comienzo a freír la primera vez al tenerlos listo y aun caliente los hago tostones para freírlos hasta que queden listos.I peel and cut the plantains to make tostones and when the oil is hot I start frying the first time when I have them ready and still hot I make them tostones to fry them until they are ready.
