POLLO A LA BROASTER CRUJIENTE EN 10 PASOS / CRISPY BROASTER CHICKEN IN 10 STEPS (Esp-Eng)

Buenos días, mis queridos #Hivers. Hoy les voy a compartir todos los #tips de cocina que aplico para lograr un delicioso Pollo a la Broaster doradito, seco y crujiente.

Good morning, my dear #Hivers. Today I am going to share with you all the cooking tips that I apply to achieve a delicious golden, dry and crispy Broaster Chicken.

Para que nuestro pollo frito quede de esta manera, sigan estos pasos:

To make our fried chicken this way, follow these steps:




1.- Picar el pollo dejando para freír las presas con más carne: muslos, pechuga, cuadriles, y muslitos.
2.- Preparar un aderezo con pimienta, ajo, orégano, sal, mostaza, aceite y curry, y poner las presas a marinar en éste hasta por un día, dentro del refrigerador.
3.- Preparar en una bolsa plástica, un empanizado con harina de trigo, hojitas secas de orégano, sal, y pimienta.
4.- Colocar las presas de pollo en la bolsa con el empanizado y moverlas para cubrirlas muy bien.
5.- Poner a fuego alto una ollita o cacerola pequeña con aceite hasta la mitad.

1.- Chop the chicken, leaving the prey with more meat to fry: thighs, breast, squares, and drumsticks.
2.- Prepare a dressing with pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, mustard, oil and curry, and put the prey to marinate in it for up to a day, in the refrigerator.
3.- Prepare in a plastic bag, a breaded with wheat flour, dried oregano leaves, salt, and pepper.
4.- Place the chicken pieces in the bag with the breading and move them to cover them very well.
5.- Put a pot or small saucepan with half the oil over high heat.

6.- Cuando el aceite esté muy caliente, colocar en éste las presas de pollo ya empanizadas, tapar y poner a fuego bajo para que doren sin quemarse.
7.- Cuando las presas estén más o menos doradas, subir el fuego y tapar de nuevo.
8.- Voltear constantemente para que doren bien por todos lados.
9.- Cuando ya estén las presas bien doradas, retirar y colocar en un envase hondo con papel absorbente, el aceite irá escurriendo en esa posición y el papel lo dejará totalmente seco.
10.- Servirlo con una deliciosa crema de ajo y el contorno de su gusto. Las papas fritas, las arepitas y la pasta son algunos de los favoritos.

6.- When the oil is very hot, place the breaded chicken pieces in it, cover and put on low heat so that they brown without burning.
7.- When the prey are more or less golden, raise the heat and cover again.
8.- Turn constantly so that they brown well on all sides.
9.- When the prey are well browned, remove and place in a deep container with absorbent paper, the oil will drain in that position and the paper will leave it completely dry.
10.- Serve it with a delicious garlic cream and the contour of your choice. French fries, arepitas, and pasta are some of the favorites.
