Buenas noches mi hermosa comunidad, estamos en inicio de semana les mando las mejores vibras para comenzar con buen pie, ya estamos culminando el mes de Noviembre, esperando para darle la bienvenida a el último mes de año que es Diciembre. Para el día de hoy quiero compartir el almuerzo que hice en casa al estilo Oriental un delicioso Pescado frito acompañado de un arroz saborizado tajada fritas, ensalada y por supuesto aguacate.

Good evening my beautiful community, we are at the beginning of the week I send you the best vibes to start on the right foot, we are already finishing the month of November, waiting to welcome you to the last month of the year which is December. For today I want to share the lunch that I made at home in the Oriental style, a delicious fried fish accompanied by a flavored rice, fried slices, salad and of course avocado.

Aquí en el Oriente del país específicamente Cumana Estado Sucre es una zona de pesca, para los sectores el Cumanagoto, San Luis y el Guapo la gran mayoría vive de la pesca, a todos los que nos gustas deleitarnos de un pescado fresco nos dirigimos a eso puntos para comprarlo.

Here in the East of the country specifically Cumana Sucre State is a fishing area, for the Cumanagoto, San Luis and El Guapo sectors the vast majority live from fishing, all of us who like to enjoy a fresh fish go to that points to buy it.

Mis hijos consumen poco pescado porque la mayoría de las veces no tengo el tiempo suficiente para ir por el pescado, hoy me animé y salí a comprar Carite un pescado de Carne blanca muy sano para los niños, muchos niños al consumir está proteína reacciona con alergia en la piel y hasta respiratoria. Es por eso que los pediatras recomiendan pescado de carne blanca.

My children eat little fish because most of the time I do not have enough time to go for the fish, today I was encouraged and went out to buy Carite, a very healthy white meat fish for children, many children when consuming this protein react with allergies on the skin and even respiratory. That is why pediatricians recommend white meat fish.

El Carite como ya mencioné es muy saludable y por supuesto muy rico, para mi almuerzo tome un Carite entero y los pique en postas de buen tamaño, lo limpie completamente para luego freírlo mientras se cocinaba el arroz condimentado con cubitos Maggi y la especie carmencita que es la que le da el toque de color amarillo para que nuestro almuerzo tengas una buena presentación.

The Carite as I mentioned is very healthy and of course very rich, for my lunch I have a whole Carite and chop them into good size posts, clean it completely and then fry it while cooking the rice seasoned with Maggi cubes and the carmencita species that It is the one that gives the touch of yellow so that our lunch has a good presentation.
Prepare una ensalada con pepino, cebolla, tomates y ramitas de perejil. En casa no debe faltar la tajada o plátano frito rico en potasio y a los os niños les encanta y aún más cuando el plátano se encuentra en un punto maduro. En el mercado pude comprar un aguacate de buen tamaño, aunque les confienzo que el sabor mostró que era Ingerto igual me encanta.

Make a salad with cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and parsley sprigs. At home you should not miss the slice or fried banana rich in potassium and children love it and even more when the banana is at a ripe point. In the market I was able to buy a good size avocado, although I confess that the taste showed that it was Ingerto, I still love it.

Aquí les puedo mostrar mi delicioso almuerzo de pescado frito acompañado de un exquisito arroz, una ensalada la tajada fritas y una buena porción de aguacate.
