Culinary Weekend in Bansko / Bulgaria,

Hello to everyone in the Hive, old and new. How are you?
Something I've been lost in lately as life has sent us into a very different, intense and interesting environment.

Soon I will start writing more about the things we are doing with the Digital Nomads in Bulgaria and Bansko in particular.
The best part though... is that I get to meet people from all over the world, people with radically different interests, customs and understandings of life. I am still in the process of learning new things in my life and learning extraordinary details that I believe will help me in Life.

Here now I will post some pictures and information about our upcoming event this Weekend.

It will be Culinary focused and we will have the opportunity to learn from professional Master Chefs from around the world. There will be everything from Rice Dishes to Sweet Delights from the best in the Industry!
I will soon release information and pictures from the official opening of Coliving Bansko with the great support of our colleagues from Networking Premium who have multiple Coworking Space in Sofia and Plovdiv.

Meet Janee Dong / Yame.bg , she is from #Shanghai, #China, who has traveled to more than 50 countries, she loves to find local cuisine everywhere and also #loves to share #Chinese #traditional cuisine with the world.

She comes to Bansko to show us how the Chinese make #DUMPLINGS.
She will do a dumpling session where we can all experiment and #enjoy this Chinese delicacy.

Meet Daria Rusanova, a professional, well-known #Chocolatier Konditor at a recognizable chocolate luxurious brand in #Bulgaria.

She will do a #MasterClass in fine chocolate delicate production and a Konditor patisserie cakes session including baking.
Her career started in Ruse, and by 2017 she had become the most famous pastry chef in the area. She was presenting new recipes in the cafeteria every season and making #boutique-decorated cakes.

As time went by, chocolate became her passion started experimenting with #bonbons, and #truffles, what was later formed into the famous #chocolatier #brand.

HE SAYS GOOD FOOD IS HIDING EVERYWHERE.

Meet Nikolai Koev #professional and #connoisseur of refined tastes. He will introduce us to the world of mushroom #risotto and reveal some of its #secrets. Together with him we will try 3 recipes with 2 types of rice and millet.

We will have the opportunity to observe closely and learn from a true professional.
