Hi everyone, this is my first video on Korean food. My daughter is a huge fan of korean dramas and she raves about how delicious Korean foods look in the dramas. After much persuasion from my daughter, we went to a Korean restaurant and tried a variety of Korean foods like Kimbap, Bibimbap, Kimchijeon, Tteokbokki and Sundubu Jjigae. They were so delicious and made us crave for more. My daughter loved the Kimchijeon/Kimchi Pancakes a lot. It was crispy on the edges and soft on the inside with crunchy Kimchi. She wanted to try making it at home with me. The version we made is different from the one we tried in the restaurant. We included prawns and made them mini-sized. Hope you will like it!

Ingredients:
Mini Kimchi Prawn Pancakes
1 1/2 cups Cabbage Kimchi (sliced)
100 g Prawns (cut small)
1 cup Spring onion
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1/4 cup Rice flour
3 tbsp Kimchi Brine (liquid strained from kimchi)
1 1/4 cups Water (adjustable)

Dipping sauce:
5 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Raw sugar
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
