😆 I have always made BIG pots of soup. It always tastes better the next day... or few days... and soup is such an easy item to freeze and reheat. Probably my farang mindset. 🤣 I also often cook soups with beans and lentils and it is SOOOO ANNOYING when a smal pot boils over and makes a mess. And so whenever I make soup I reach for the BIG pot - even if it's only 1/3 full. 😄

Oh! Do give that recipe on bean and lentil soups!
I just bought some lentils. Don’t know what to do!
