Hoy sigo enseñando de manera publica las bondades del Mango en cuanto su valor nutricional y lo rendidor que suele ser.

De esta fruta tropical con cierto nivel de cítrico y dulzor... se puede hacer infinidades de comidas , ensaladas , postres, bebidas por si solo o combinadas. Lo que me interesa preparar este día son HELADOS DE MANGO EN PEQUEÑAS BOLSAS DE PLÁSTICOS.

En mi país ¡La Querida Venezuela! son famosos este tipo de helados naturales. También son conocidos por el nombre de Tetas. ¡Juro que no quiero ser grosera!, porque así se suele decirse en el argot criollo a los senos femeninos. Bueno no lo invente yo... ¡jajaja! EMPECEMOS A ELABORARLOS EN ESTE PRECISO MOMENTO.
In my country, ¡The Dear Venezuela! This type of natural ice cream is famous. They are also known by the name of Boobs. I swear I don't want to be rude! Como ven en esta jarra... Este litro de agua se mezclará con litro y medio de jugo concentrado de mango.

Vamos a ir diluyendo 200 grs de azúcar en el agua, que poco a poco se va a integrar con la pulpa del mango.

De manera progresiva y consecutiva lo que era un jugo concentrado o muy pulposo. Será transformará en un jugo mas ligero y de suave espesor.

Muy tentador para enfriarlo y es el candidato perfecto para congelarlo en estas bolsitas de plástico. Tan practicas y útiles para elaborar estas famosas tetas o helados en forma de cono.

Ya solo queda verter el jugo o la sustancia azucarada dentro de cada bolsita, darle forma cónica y hacer un pequeño, pero preciso nudo. Esto garantizará que no se botará el tan preciado liquido de esta fruta.
