Preparing a quick and nutritious breakfast is something we should all know how to do. Today I show you how with few ingredients and in a very quick and easy way we can prepare a quick breakfast, but also rich and that provides a lot of energy to start the day as it should be: with a full stomach and a happy heart. | Preparar un desayuno rápido y nutritivo es algo que todos debemos saber hacer. Hoy les muestro cómo con pocos ingredientes y de forma muy rápida y fácil podemos preparar un desayuno rápido, pero además y rico y que aporta mucha energía para comenzar el día como se debe: con el estómago lleno y el corazón contento. |

In this breakfast we will begin by frying the slices of plantains and place them on a plate in the shape of a fan, and you may wonder why in the form of a fan: because in this way we will give a nice presentation, remember a popular saying that says: "Love comes through the eyes." | En este desayuno comenzaremos friendo las tajadas de plátanos y las colocamos en un plato en forma de abanico, y se preguntarán por qué en forma de abanico: porque de esta forma daremos una bonita presentación, recordemos un dicho popular que reza: "El amor entra por los ojos". |

Sin duda alguna un desayuno repotenciador, aunque yo le agregaría por lo menos una arepa o la mitad de una pan amiga porque sino quedo falla y con mucha hambre jajajj. Saludos!
