On the other hand, we can make this sandwich not so loaded with calories if we substitute the fried egg for a boiled one and add few sauces, or if you usually indulge in this type of food you can make the fried egg. Por otro lado, podemos hacer que esté sandwich no esté tan cargado de calorías si sustituimos el huevo frito por uno hervido y agregamos pocas salsas, o si sueles darte un gusto eventual con comida de este tipo puedes hacer el huevo frito. Pero recuerda, no es un bueno abusar de este tipo de comidas. |

1 loaf of French bread of regular size.
1 can of tuna of 180 grams.
1 egg.
3 leaves of creole lettuce.
1 tomato.
1/2 onion.
Mustard.
Mayonnaise.
Tomato sauce.
Barbecue sauce.
