Preparación:
En primer lugar, coloqué en la licuadora el ajo,ají, cebolla, orégano. Luego agregué una taza de agua para sazonar las costillas, posteriormente agregué el condimento a las costilla y los aliños licuado.

En segundo lugar, preparé el fuego para que vaya realizando la brasa. Una vez realizado , coloqué la parrilla para que fuera calentándo.
