We are in the middle of winter and I miss summer BBQ already!
For indoor cooking, I like to use cast iron skillets, this is as close as you can to a fire grill without the fire and charcoal.
You can cover it up briefly to get the smoky taste.
Korean Beef Short Ribs - almost done, I like it darker
Eggplant is good at soaking up the beef grease and leftover flavor in the cast iron
