Arroz con Leche cremoso. Receta fácil [ESP-ENG]

¡Feliz comienzo de semana Foodies! Les cuento que ayer estaba súper antojada de comer Arroz con Leche (bueno, en realidad desde hace tiempo jaja) y estuve viendo distintas recetas por internet a ver si intentaba hacerlo yo por primera vez, pero no me decidí por ninguna de esas recetas que vi y preferí aprender de mi mamá, así que le dije que lo preparara y estar atenta a como ella lo preparaba y pues quise compartirles la receta que es súper sencilla y queda súper delicioso este arroz con leche. Así que a continuación la receta.

I tell you that yesterday I was super craving to eat Arroz con Leche (well, actually for a long time haha) and I was looking at different recipes online to see if I tried to make it for the first time, but I did not decide on any of those recipes I saw and I preferred to learn from my mom, so I told her to prepare it and be attentive to how she prepared it and I wanted to share the recipe that is super simple and is super delicious rice pudding. So here is the recipe.

Arroz | Rice1 tza
Leche | Milk1 1/2 tza
Canela | CinnamonUna ramita
Azúcar | Sugar6 cucharadas

Como ven, poquitos ingredientes para esta preparación, por supuesto pueden adaptar las cantidades a su gusto y depende de cuanto quieren que salga, enmi caso, una olla pequeña, alcanza para 6 u 8 porciones.

As you can see, very few ingredients for this preparation, of course you can adapt the quantities to your taste and it depends on how much you want to make, in my case, a small pot is enough for 6 or 8 portions.

Preparación | Preparation

1- Lavar previamente el arroz y luego ponerlo a cocinar con 2 1/2 tazas de agua y la ramita de canela a fuego medio bajo (ustedes van viendo según su cocina) 10min hasta que el arroz se ablande un poco o se consuma casi todo el agua.

1- Previously wash the rice and then put it to cook with 2 1/2 cups of water and the cinnamon stick at medium low heat (you are going to see according to your kitchen) 10min until the rice softens a little or almost all the water is consumed.

2- En la foto de los está la leche líquida descremada, pero luego mi mamá decidió preparar la leche. Para esto taza y media de agua con 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo, batir hasta que esté bien disuelta.

3- Ponemos a calentar la leche, agregamos la azúcar y dejamos que hierva.

3- Heat the milk, add the sugar and let it boil.

4- incorporamos la leche al arroz, prendemos la hornilla a fuego medio bajo y esperamos a que el arroz se termine de cocinar, esto lleva aproximadamente de 15 a 20min dependiendo de que tan cremoso o seco lo quieras. Revolver constantemente.

4- add the milk to the rice, turn on the stove to medium low heat and wait for the rice to finish cooking, this takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on how creamy or dry you want it. Stir constantly.

5- Una vez que veamos que el arroz haya tomado esta consistencia, apagamos y dejamos enfriar.

5- Once we see that the rice has reached this consistency, we turn it off and let it cool.

6- Como el arroz lo hicimos ayer en la tarde noche, esperamos a que se enfriara para luego refrigerar y servirlo hoy. Ven que el arroz absorbió más la leche y quedó mucho más cremoso, esto debido al tiempo que estuvo en la nevera.

Since we made the rice yesterday evening, we waited for it to cool and then refrigerated and served it today. You can see that the rice absorbed more of the milk and was much creamier, due to the time it was in the refrigerator.

7- Servimos y podemos decorar con un poquito de canela en polvo y a disfrutarlo!

Serve and decorate with a little cinnamon powder and enjoy!

Y listo chicos, esta ha sido la receta r el día de hoy, maté mi antojo jajja, y aprendí el modo de preparación de mi mamá. Súper fácil y pocos ingredientes se necesitan para preparar este delicioso postre...
