Chocolate... the dark, little bitter flavor, but certainly not as bitter as coffee. Chocolate, who doesn't love that dark flavor? Although chocolate isn't cheap these days, if you look at the Varlhona chocolate brand, I'm sure I was shocked and very surprised by the price of a pan of Varlhona brownies. Is it really that expensive, or am I just poor? LOL
Seeing Varlhona brownies makes me crave brownies. Sure, the kind of brownie with a soft texture inside its really so yummy, right? It's a delicious flavor pair with a cup of coffee. You'd think it's like a glimpse of culinary heaven omg.
Wait, what if I just make it? Seriously, I have mch a lot of ingredients, but I like to stock up on them without cooking please dont judge. No, it's not that I don't like cooking, but I prefer to have a moment to cook. Besides, I rarely have free time.
However, it turns out making brownies isn't as difficult as making bread. In fact, I really enjoy making bread that takes a long time. Even making brownies seems like a snap. I transformed it into a treat that didn't even take more than 40 minutes.
These ingredients can help you:
- 130 grams butter
- 185 grams compound chocolate
- 20 grams chocolate chips
- 50 grams palm sugar, 50 grams sugar
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 50 grams flour
Maybe this will be very easy to copy and you can try it at home. I hope you follow the steps correctly so the results are the same!
Making a cake requires a scale. This shouldn't be skipped... at least it will make things easier and the results more accurate.
First, melt the butter and compound chocolate over low heat or with hot water. Then, you'll get a liquid texture without any lumps.
Next.. you need to mix the flour and cocoa powdet set aside, because we'll mix them with the sugar and eggs, beat until frothy.
Beat the sugar and eggs together and then mix them with the melt butter. This will make a liquid mixture that can be stir into the dry ingredients. Now, it's time to place a baking sheet in the pan and pour the mixture into the pan.
Don't forget to preheat the oven cause is need a long time! Then, sprinkle chocolate chips on top if you need a double chocolate on your brownie.

Bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. This will give you the best brownie results, with a crispy top and a fudgy, chewy inside..

See you the next time hive friends!
