Kacang tojin in the making

Hello everyone!
Have you ever hungry 2-3 hours after lunch?
Surely that moment you think to eat a snack because hunger is disturbing when we are tired of work.
Usually, the worker (like me) need relaxed food that can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee, sometimes need sugary foods and sometimes foods that are savory.
If you're an Indonesian, surely never heard snack Kacang Tojin’ isn't it?
Food is most suitable in snack time relaxing and accompanied by a cup of cold tea. I can't imagine the joy Kacang Tojin delicious it is.
Kacang tojin usually in stock by the housewife for a snack that is cheap but very delicious or a dish for the guest that come to your home during the idul fitri holiday or even ordinary day.
Well, this time I want to share a recipe of Peanut Tojin the tiny brown are cheap and delicious. The ingredients needed are also a little, check out the recipe here!
Ingredients:
- Peanuts (peeled epidermis)
- Garlic (100 gr)
- Orange leaves 10 sheets
- 5 pcs Candlenut
- Coconut milk
- Salt
- Oil for frying

How to cook Peanut tojin:
- Wash the beans that have been peeled and drain
- Peel the garlic as much as 5 cloves and cut into fine strips

- Puree the rest of the garlic and candlenut, set aside
- Chopping the lime leaves and set aside

- Mix the nuts with herbs that have been smoothed and also with the leaves of citrus and garlic already chopped. Add coconut milk too.

- Add salt, you can add broth powder or mushroom broth, I prefer to mushroom stock. Correction taste
- Heat the oil in medium-high heat and in the number of the lot.

- Make sure the oil is very hot because it will affect the nuts not crispy.


- Kacang tojin ready to be served.
This snack will last a long time if stored in an airtight jar
