I have told you on several occasions that my son Eduardo is a very picky eater, he is at that stage where he doesn't want to see vegetables in his food, for this reason I made this simple hamburger so that he would eat it with pleasure.
Les he comentado en varias oportunidades que mi hijo Eduardo es muy selectivo para comer, está en esa etapa que no quiere ver los vegetales en la comida, por esta razón realicé este tipo de hamburguesa sencilla para que se la comiera con gusto.

Preparation:
Once the chicken pieces have been previously cooked, we proceed to shred the chicken into small pieces, to be able to fry them in a pan with little oil.
Una vez ya cocinadas con anterioridad las piezas de pollos, procedemos a desmenuzar el pollo en trozos pequeños, para poder freírlos en un sartén con poco aceite.

Ya con los ingredientes listos, procedemos a ensamblar nuestra hamburguesa sencilla, colocamos el pan en un plato llano, luego agregamos el pollo ya freído con anterioridad, seguidamente colocamos el huevo por encima del pollo en la forma que nos muestra la imagen, por último colocamos la salsa de su preferencia a mi hijo le encanta la salsa de barbacoa y la mostaza. Para finalizar colocamos la parte de arriba del pan de hamburguesa. Adornamos el plato con una lechuga y puntos de salsa.
