Fried Chicken Tikka || Traditional Food || Easy Recipe

Today we are going to make chicken tikka with a twist very tasty ,very unique , very quickly made ❣️this is a unique style you might not have seen that before if you make it this way you will like it a lot✨let's check how it is made .

Ingredients✨

  • Chicken
    1 Kg

(One one table spoon ) or according to taste

  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Red Chili
  • Cumin Powder
  • All spice's powder
  • Chilli flex
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste
  • Lemon
  • Vinegar
    *Chicken powder ( optional )
  • Oil


First you take the chicken, wash it thoroughly, then cut it with a knife not so deep not very small leave some gaps between the cut so that the taste of the spices we add is absorbed inside.

Take a boul after washing the chicken. Add a teaspoon of salt and vinegar to the boul Add well, mix well one tablespoons ginger garlic paste and put well inside the cuts on top of the chicken and then add the rest of the spices in a little water and add it well on top and inside of the chicken and. also mix 3 teaspoons of lemon juice You can also use more lemons and mix well. and refrigerate the chicken for an hour to marinate.

After an hour, our chicken is ready to be fried. Take a clean frying pan and add cooking oil to it Carefully put the marinated chicken in the pan and fry until well cooked.

Another easy way to cook it is to take a large pot and put a little oil in it. When the oil is hot, you put the marinated chicken in the pot one by one and cover it from the top. Give the chicken so that it is well cooked on both sides. In half an hour, your chicken tikka will be ready.

You can eat it with any souce with Salad Raita that you like. It really makes it very tasty.
