Despite I'm more heavier than before, I love cooking and taking my time to make it look more delicious and tasty. In few months time I'm going to welcome another baby. But let get into work. This was how I Began food preparation from the source and also from our Farm. We have the African spinach which are the green specie although we have the red one as well but it is not very Common and it quick to maturity. so this is why it is not advisable to plant the red African spinach. But the green ones can last up to 3,4,5 months after planting. So I went to the farm to fetch day green African spinach as it was shown here thereafter I proceeded to the cutting of the green African spinach into smaller pieces or let's say I chop it into pieces although it has its own required sizes as well.
- This was I and our little baby girl Victoria working on the farm.
- This are they already chopped green Africa spinners which are into not too big size not too small sizes.
These are also some of the ingredients are used in preparing the great delicious Green spinach vegetable soup.
- Chili Peppers.
- Curry powder.
- Red Onions
- Onga Maggi
- After using the manual blender to grind the chili pepper with the red onions I added few drops of red oil then after I proceeded to add the grinding pepper into the red oil after it showed sign of more reaction. Then I also added locust beans into it as well to make it cook for 10- 15 minutes.
- Aside I was also preparing a swallow food called Semo. This will be for another topic.
- This was how the face looked after I added the chopped washed green African spinach in today already cooked pepper sauce. It is highly necessary to let your pepper sauce cook very well so as for you not to have running stomach at the end of the meal.
- This was the after the all soup was done. I started dishing it out for mine family members to eat and have a taste of it because it took me 1 hour 20 minutes to prepare the soul delicious tasty soup.
