( EN / DE ) I've already read a lot of good posts and words about our great 3 year HIVE anniversary today, so from me there is just cake (with recipe) to celebrate :-)
Ich habe heute schon sehr viele gute Beiträge und Worte zu unserem genialen 3jährigem HIVE Jubiläum gelesen, von mir gibts daher einfach nur Kuchen (mit Rezept) zum Feiern :-)
It is rather the kind of cake from the category "healthier or at least not so unhealthy sweets", because I wish our HIVE Community to continue to stay so healthy and strong!
Es ist eher die Art von Kuchen aus der Kategorie "gesündere oder zumindest nicht so ungesunde Süssigkeiten", denn ich wünsche unserer HIVE Gemeinschaft auch weiterhin so gesund und stark zu bleiben.
Recipe Carrot slices - Rezept Karotten Schnitten:

|---|---|
| 3 carrots | 3 Karotten |
| 2 apples | 2 Äpfel |
| 1 banana | 1 Banane |
| 50 g dark chocolate | 50 g edelbitter Schokolade |
| 125 g butter | 125 g Butter |
| 50g raw cane sugar | 50g Rohrohrzucker |
| 2 tablespoons orange juice | 2 EL Orangensaft |
| 4 eggs | 4 Eier |
| 200 g whole wheat flour | 200 g Weizen Vollkornmehl |
| 100g grated almonds | 100g geriebene Mandeln |
| 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder | 1/2 TL Zimtpulver |
| 1 tbsp tartar baking powder | 1 EL Weinstein Backpulver |
First step - mix fruit and chocolate:
Peel and cut carrots, apples, banana and chocolate into pieces and put them in a (powerful) blender or shredder.
Erster Schritt - Obst und Schokolade mixen:
Schäle und schneide Karotten, Äpfel, Banane und Schokolade in Stücke und gebe sie in einen (leistungsfähigen) Mixer oder Zerkleinerer.
Second step - Mix the basic dough
Zweiter Schritt - Mixe den Grundteig
Cream butter, then add sugar, 3 tablespoon orange juice, and eggs in order, mixing until creamy.
Butter schaumig rühren, dann der Reihe nach Zucker, 3 EL Orangsaft und Eier zufügen, zu einem cremigen Teig mixen.
Third Step - Mix the base dough and fruit mixture.
Dritter Schritt - Mische die Grundteig und Obstmischung
Add to the butter mixture the fruit/chocolate mixture and mix it well so that it becomes nice and creamy.
Füge zu der Buttermasse die Obst/Schokolade Mischung hinzu und mixe es gut, dass es schön cremig wird.
Fourth step - Mix everything together
Vierter Schritt - Mische alles zusammen
Now you don't need a mixer, but the remaining ingredients - flour, baking powder, almonds, cinnamon - are folded into the other mixture with a wooden spoon until a nice dough is formed on top.
Jetzt brauchst du keinen Mixer mehr, sondern die restlichen Zutaten - Mehl, Backpulver, Mandeln, Zimt - werden mit einem Kochlöffel unter die andere Masse gehoben, solange bis darauf ein schöner Teig entstanden ist.
Smooth the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Den Teig dann auf ein eingefettetes Backblech glatt streichen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad zirka 30 Minuten backen.
When the cake is still warm cut into pieces. Depending on the size of your baking tray or baking pan, you can of course vary the height of the cake.
Noch wenn der Kuchen warm ist in Stücke schneiden. Je nach Größe eures Backbleches oder Backform könnt ihr die Höhe des Kuchens natürlich variieren.
And it's ready and you can enjoy :-) Who loves rather very sweet cake, can still sprinkle with powdered sugar or increase the recipes amount of suger a little, for my taste he fits wonderful the way it is.
Und schon ist er fertig und ihr könnt genießen :-) Wer es lieber sehr süß hat, der kann Staubzucker darauf streuen oder sollte evtl die Menge Zucker im Rezept ein wenig erhöhen, für meinen Geschmack passt er so wie er ist aber wunderbar.

Ihr habt immer noch ein wenige Zeit (UTC Zeitzone beachten!) um daran teilzunehmen.
Ich persönlich habe heute nicht upgepowert. Durch meine Gesundheitlichen Probleme bin ich auch finaziell in totale Unsicherheit gerutscht und habe die letzten Monate leider down gepowert. Natürlich könnte ich heute uppowern, aber es würde sich der Community gegenüber nicht richtig anfühlen jetzt an dem Contest teilzunehmen, daher nicht.
Aber du solltest wenn möglich die Gelegenheit ergreifen und vielleicht auch noch einen der coolen und sehr begehrten Delegationspreise gewinnen! Viel Glück Dir!
