Por esto te invito a preparar la receta, quizás te lleve menos tiempo a ti. A mi me costó un poquito fue sacar la pulpa del coco pero sólo fue al principio ya luego se me hizo más fácil, así que si tienes experiencia no te contara tanto y las podrías hacer en poco tiempo.
Disculpen las pocas fotos y que no mostré nada del procedimiento es que se me olvidó tomar fotos pero aquí tienen la receta y la preparación.

A few days ago I prepared coconut preserves, it was the first time I made them and the truth is that they turned out very well. They do take a little work but it was worth it in the end, they were delicious.
That is why I invite you to prepare the recipe, maybe it will take you less time. It took me a little while to get the pulp out of the coconut but it was only at the beginning and then it became easier, so if you have experience it won't be so hard and you can make them in a short time.
Sorry for the few photos and that I did not show any of the procedure is that I forgot to take pictures but here is the recipe and preparation.
1 coco
1/2 panela / papelón
Si quieren hacer más conservas, por cada coco agregen media panela, y si no tienen panela también se puede hacer con azúcar, 1/2 kg de azúcar por cada coco.
INGREDIENTS:
1 coconut
1/2 panela / papelón
If you want to make more preserves, for each coconut add half panela, and if you don't have panela you can also make it with sugar, 1/2 kg of sugar for each coconut.
- Primero le abrimos un hoyo al coco para sacar el agua de coco, reservamos esa agua. Luego sacamos la pulpa, le quitamos la cáscara que queda por encima de la pulpa y rallamos.
PREPARATION:
First open a hole in the coconut to remove the coconut water, reserve the water. Then take out the pulp, remove the husk that remains on top of the pulp and grate.
- Then we grate the panela or you can also buy the panela already grated.
- In a pot we add the grated coconut, the grated panela and the coconut water, stir and then we proceed to take it to medium heat. When it boils it will turn brown, it is important NOT TO STOP STIRING so that it does not stick, it will be ready when it begins to thicken a little and sticks to the spoon.
- Remove it from the heat and spread it on a tray with wax paper; let it cool and then cut it.
