Hola a todos deseándoles un lindo día o noche en esta ocasión les traigo la fácil preparación de una sabrosa crema de auyama. Entonces tomemos nota de los ingredientes que utilizaremos.

Hello everyone, wishing you a nice day or night on this occasion I bring you the easy preparation of a tasty auyama cream. So let's take note of the ingredients we will be using.

Ingredientes.

  • Auyama, 350 gramos.
  • cebolla, cebollín, cilandro, culandro,ajo. ( al gusto).
  • Sal, al gusto.
  • Caldo de pollo o carné. (opcional) 500 ml.
Ingredients.
  • Auyama, 350 grams.
  • onion, spring onion, cilander, culander, garlic. ( to the taste).
  • Salt, to the taste.
  • Chicken or meat broth. (optional) 500 ml.

Preparación.

Lavamos y cortamos la auyama en trozos medianos o más pequeños si es de su preferencia.

We wash and cut the auyama into medium sized pieces or smaller if you prefer.

Lavamos los aliños.

We wash the dressings.

Picamos en pedazos grandes todos los aliños.

We chop up all the seasonings into large pieces.

En una olla, colocamos la auyama y echamos el caldo de pollo.

In a pot, we put the auyama and pour the chicken broth.

Echamos los aliños, sal al gusto y colocamos a hervir.

Add the seasoning, salt to taste and bring to a boil.

Una vez la auyama este blanda, apagamos y retiramos del fuego, dejamos reposar por espacio de quince minutos, de manera que cuando licuemos no este demasiado caliente.

Once the auyama is soft, we put it out and remove it from the fire, let it rest for fifteen minutes, so that when we liquefy it is not too hot.

En un vaso de licuadora echamos toda la auyama ya blanda junto con los aliños y un poco de ese caldo que quedo al hervir.
Después de agregar los ajos volvemos a licuar por tres minutos. La consistencia de esta crema es de su preferencia, si no la quieren tan espesa le agrega más caldo.

In a blender glass we pour all the auyama already soft together with the seasonings and some of that broth that was left when boiling. After adding the garlic we blend again for three minutes. The consistency of this cream is of your preference, if you do not want it so thick add more broth.
