Mater Paneer

Hello everyone I am doing well and hope same for you today I am going to share Matar Paneer recipe pictures with click by me with the help of my smartphone.

Matar Paneer is a delicious and easy-to-make sabzi made by cooking paneer and green peas in a spicy tomato gravy. This vegetable is eaten in the afternoon or at night.

Material
1 cup green peas
1/2 inch shredded cheese
1 finely chopped onion
1 green chili chopped
2/3 garlic clove
1 inch piece of ginger
2 tomatoes chopped
5/6 cashew nuts
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1 cup water
salt to taste

Finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, garlic cloves
Grind the piece of ginger, chopped tomatoes, cashews in a mixer till it becomes soft.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the prepared paste and cook, while stirring with a spoon, until the oil starts to rise, it will take about 5/7 minutes.
After that add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt, stirring continuously for 1 minute, then add green peas and paneer and add 2 cups of water, after that let it cook for 5 minutes. After that turn off the gas and take it out in a plate, this is such a vegetable that you can eat roti, paratha with butter naan.
