COOKING CHICKEN ADOBO FOR OUR DINNER LAST NIGHT

Good morning guys , I hope the start of your Monday is doing great. Today I just want to share to you what we had last night for our dinner. I cooked chicken adobo for her since it is her favorite food.

Adobo is a very famouse dish in the Philippines and also it is a go to recipe whenever there are gatherings and ocations.

Okay, so lets start by cleaning and marenating our chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and then your sliced garlic and onion. Put it in container and cover it for hours but since we dont have time yesterday I just marinated it for 30 mins.

Then after marenating, put it in a pan. You must put everything in it including the marenade and cover it. Flip the chicken from time to time to make sure that each side will be cooked.

Then, after a while, when you sense that the chicken is almost cooked add some sugar into it to add a little sweetness into ita flavor and then wait for the marenade mixture to totally dry out which means only the chicken's oil will be left which you will use to slightly fry your chicken then your done.

As ussual we partnered it with some ground corn in replacment fornthe rice for some heath reasons. The saltiness and sweetness of the adobo is just perfect for me and its flesh is so tenden and juicy. Thank you for reading guys and have a blessed monday.
