Good morning everyone, yesterday me and my cousin decided to just by some utilities for us to able to cook here in our shop in that way we can have less money for food for everyone becuase every dinner we are buying foods for us and it is expensive so we decided to just cook it here. We bought some poratble cooking device and also bought some chicken.
What I did first is put some flour and I mixed it with salt and pepper and egg. It serves as my breading for the chicken for it to be crispy.
Then I heat some cooking oil in the pan and turn the fire into medium heat and put your breaded chicken.
Then after it become golden brown flip it and cook the other side.
Then once the color turned into golden brown in the other side you can now take it our the pan. Time for the other chickens to be cooked.
Then do the same thing until your done. It is so crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Time to eat guys. We partnered it with some rice and coke. Heres a picture with the shop's staffs and crew..
