Good afternoon everyone, I am now at our home tow Alcoy, Cebu and I just knew that my little sister decided to sell some barbeques in front of our house and now she is preparing it. She is marinating it now and putting it in the skewers.
As you seen in the picture, their is only a little amound of barbewue that she is preparing since our place don't have that kind of customers.
This are the marinated chicken's small intestine, sliced pork meat and sliced pork fat. She is marinating it with soy sauce, vinegar, sliced onion and garlic and then salt and pepper together with some calamansi extract.
The other on is the chicken feet and some chicken gizzards. This is on of my favorites. The process of marinating it is stillnthe same with the first one.
After marinating it for 2 hours, my sister is now putting it in the skewers. She is putting it depending on the price of the barbeque. It is important to devide it properly for you to have profit on selling it.
And now, as you can sre in this picture, it is now ready to be grilled and sold. My sister have this special suace which everyone loves so much.
