
One of my favorite desserts is Pusla cake. I haven't made it in a long time and I had all the ingredients at home so I decided to make it.
From the ingredients I used:
-5 chicken egg whites
-200g of sugar
-Dr. Oetker chocolate cake cream
- 200 g Whipped cream
-500 ml Milk

I whipped the egg whites with 200 g of sugar with a mixer. You need to beat at high speed for a long time until the whipped egg whites are stiff. If you want to know if you have whipped them well, turn the bowl over as if you are going to spill them and the whipped egg whites will not fall out of the bowl.


Then I took a smaller tray and lined it with baking paper. I poured the batter from the beaten egg whites into the pan and spread it evenly on the pan.


I first heated the oven to 150°C and put the tray in the preheated oven. The egg white crust was dried at 150°C for 15 minutes. Then I reduced the oven temperature to 120°C and dried the crust for another 15 minutes at 120°C. After that, I reduced the oven temperature to 100°C and the crust dried for another hour. Total drying of the bark was 1:30 h. I took the crust out of the oven and took it out of the pan to cool.

Then I mixed Dr. Oetker chocolate cream with 3 dl of milk and whipped with a mixer.



When I whipped the chocolate cream, I spread it over the egg white crust


After that, I poured 200 g of whipped cream and 2 dl of milk into a bowl and whipped it with a mixer


Then I poured the whipped cream and spread it evenly over the chocolate filling on the cake





You can cut the cake into cubes of the size you want and serve to family and friends


The cake is creamy and very tasty. It tastes like ice cream that is not cold. Trust me, it's eaten very quickly. 😋

Uuuuu, ovo mora da je fenomenalno. Nikad nisam jela takav kolač, samo standardnu Puslica tortu. Ona mi je number one uvek. 🥰
Meni je fenomenalna. Pravio sam je pre dve nedelje a danas sam je objavio. A u roku od 10 dana pravio sam dve torte. Druga je bila sa kremom od vanile. Verujem da bi ti se svidela. Kora je polusuva i mekša i ima sočan ukus. 😋😊
Sigurno bi, volim sve što je sa belancima, puslicu volim da bude skroz krckava kora, dobro suva, a npr. kod Tunuskok kolača mnogo volim onu žilavu belanac koru 🥰
