This is my first post in the #foodie bee hive community,I come from Aceh (Indonesia) of course I will share various kinds of Acehnese specialties ... and I am a newcomer to hive ,, I hope I can have lots of friends here and every day can share various dishes village style .
I posted it a little late, this is my dish today which is village-style cuisine ...
Today the weather is very bright,
As usual during the day we have to cook for lunch,Today I am confused about what to cook!.
Hmmmm ... My mother told me to cook papaya pepper sauce and shrimp paste chili sauce,.
✓Well let's prepare the ingredients ...
•One young papaya
Pepper
•Cayenne pepper.
•Sunti acid.
•Salt.
•Shrimp paste.
•Lime leaves.
Now we start how to cook it friends
First:
Heat the water first until it boils, then add the lime leaves,
While waiting for the water to boil, we continue cleaning the papaya skin and then cut it flat or even according to each taste.
and after that we start cooking it,If the water is boiling, add the papaya that we cut earlier ..
After that we puree the pepper, cayenne pepper, shrimp paste and tamarind injection ..
Then we put it in the papaya sauce, don't forget to mix it well and don't forget to add enough salt, friends ...
After that, wait a few minutes then turn off the heat, the sauce is immediately removed and served.
To complement our dining companions, we make our friends' shrimp paste so much more delicious.

•Cayenne pepper
•Great chilies
•Red onion
•Garlic
More or less according to your taste ...
After all the spices are collected, then we clean and after that fried 1/2 cooked ,Next, provide ulenan and mash all the spices until smooth and mix until smooth and then we just have to enjoy and if you want the chili paste is more delicious, add a little lime juice..
Then serve the two dishes that we cooked earlier on the dining table
If you want it to be more delicious I recommend eating it with warm white rice and salted fish ...
Village recipe pepper sauce is ready to be enjoyed with a taste of the style of the ancestors ...
