Good morning, dear friends of this wonderful community, I hope you have had an excellent day. I want to share with you the preparation of a delicious pasta in white sauce and chicken strips.
Buenas queridos amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad espero hayan tenido excelente día quiero compartir con ustedes la elaboración de una rica pasta en salsa blanca y tiras de pollo.
Ingredients:
Pasta
Water
Salt
Dressing
Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Milk
Chicken
Ingredientes:

The first thing we are going to do is cut a little chicken breast into strips depending on the amount you want to cook.
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es cortar en tiras un poco de Pechuga de pollo dependiente de la cantidad que quieras cocinar.
Then we season the chicken with salt, pepper marinade. We add half cello in Julia and place in a frying pan over low heat with a splash of oil.
Seguidamente sazonamos el pollo con sal, adobo pimienta. Agregamos media cello en Julia y colocamos en una sartén a fuego lento con un chorrito de aceite.
We make the dough.
Realizamos la pasta.
White sauce:
Salsa blanca:
Chop half an onion into very small squares, chop garlic, place to fry in a pot with butter and fry, add 300ml of liquid milk, add a pinch of salt. add 100 gr of grated cheese.
Stir until ready and lower from heat.
Picamos media cebolla en cuadritos muy pequeños , picamos ajo, colocamos a sofreír en una ollita con mantequilla y sofrito agregamos 300ml de leche líquida, le colocamos una pizca de sal. Le añadimos 100gr de quedó rallado.
Removemos hasta que esté listo y bajamos del fuego.
