Do you know what this is ? You see this cookie called cannoli or cannolo everywhere in the bakeries in Italy. it is a type of pastry and delicacy from Sicilian cuisine. but you can buy it everywhere in Italy with coffee for example. It is a rolled up cookie or at least the cookie dough and then the roll is filled with ricotta. It's about delicious. i like the chocolate or the pistachio connoli the most. I ate and photographed this in Venice Italy
