Today I made a great, delicious and colorful jam that if you make and eat, you will eat every single finger of your hand π
In general, the jam is very tasty, really delicious at breakfast or in the evening with tea.

This jam is made from two ingredients, of course, all jams are the same.

One kilo of cherries
One and a half kilos of sugar

Preparation method:
First, we separate the cherries from their leaves and branches and clean them.
Then we wash them clean.
Then we extract the sour cherry kernels from the cherries.
After this, we pour sugar on the ingredients and leave it for a day until it melts.
Then, after one day, put it on a gas flame, leave it with a gentle heat until it boils, and gradually give it time to cook and thicken.
Just be careful that sometimes you have to stir it with a spoon so that it does not burn and does not get threatened.
If you have a lot of cherries, add a little, that is, a tablespoon of sour lemon juice or lemon essence, so that it does not become sugary.
The next point is, do not leave the lid on the pot when cooking.
But after cooking and removing from heat, put the lid on the pot to give a good color and glaze.
The cooking time of this jam is about one hour.
The only important point is that when the jam boils and roars, it should be foamed. There should be no foam on the jam. Getting the foam on it makes it a good color makes it great.π€€π
You can also use jam water for syrup and eat it.
