Hey Hivers in this video/post I'm gonna share with you:
How I'm cooking pancakes
Everything you gonna need for a portion of 6-8 pancakes
3 Eggs.
Milk or Water( both good ) 400ml +/-
Flour 200g +/-
Oliv oil( or any for cooking): 5-10ml.
Leavening agent(by choice)
Way of preparing the mix
Step № 1
Start by mixing the 3 eggs for nearly 2 minutes...
Step № 2
Add some milk or water 50-100ml to start with is good...
Mix for 20-30sec.
Step № 3
Add some Flour 50-70g to start with is good.
Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture
Then add more Milk(water)
And add the rest of the flour...
Mix until you don't see flour in the mix.
One you have added the entire flour you can decide if you need to add more liquid to it...
And at the end add some Oil into the mixture...
Cooking on a hot pan until you see good brown color on the first side.
If you don't have a good nonstick pan, make sure that you have # smear the pan with some oil so it doesn't stick to it...
Looking for a similar color the other side...
Keep in mind once you flip the pancake you have to pay more attention to the other side because it can burn way easier...
It's good to rotate the pancake for better preparation
I eat mine with chocolate most of the time...
Sometimes I do add a banana also...
You can do it with pretty much everything...
