Hoy quiero compartirles una crema perfecta para decorar postres y que es demasiado sencilla de hacer: Crema Chantilly.

Today I want to share with you a perfect cream to decorate desserts and that is too simple to make: Chantilly Cream.

Esta crema es tan sencilla de hacer, pero mucha gente no lo sabe y prefieren comprar la que viene lista de servir y aunque es una solución bastante buena, hacer la crema nos permite usarla a nuestro antojo, con manga pastelera y las boquillas que queramos. Si la compramos lista, estamos limitado a como salga del bote en el que viene.

This cream is so simple to make, but many people do not know it and prefer to buy the one that is ready to serve and although it is a fairly good solution, making the cream allows us to use it at will, with a pastry bag and the nozzles that we want. If we buy it ready, we are limited to how it comes out of the boat it comes in.

Básicamente el truco está en comprar una Nata para montar de calidad. Esta también es conocida como Crema para batir o simplemente Chantilly para batir.

Basically the trick is to buy a quality Whipping Cream.

Ingredientes para la Chantilly son: crema para montar y azúcar.

Ingredients for the Chantilly are: whipping cream and sugar.

Las proporciones son: por cada 100 gr de crema para batir, usar 20 gr de azúcar.

El procedimiento para hacer la Chantilly es:

  • En un bowl agregar la nata y agregar el azúcar.
  • Batir a velocidad media por 30 segundos.
  • Llevar a máxima velocidad por 1 minuto.

The proportions are: for every 100 g of whipping cream, use 20 g of sugar

The procedure to make the Chantilly is:

  • In a bowl add the cream and add the sugar.
  • Beat at medium speed for 30 seconds.
  • Take to maximum speed for 1 minute.

Y esto es todo, no durarás más de 2 minutos haciendo esta crema tan deliciosa y versátil.
