Atol de guayabas, Cremoso y nutritivo!//guava atole, Creamy and nutritious!

Bendecida semana para todos!
A mi hija @soyveru, que tiene 15 años le encanta tomar teteros, no porque beba con mamilas sino porque todo lo que se le preparaba con leche ella dice que son teteros y aunque suene raro todavía dice: mami me provoca un teterito con el único propósito de que la consientan. Éste es uno de sus preferidos y como tenemos un árbol de guayaba procuro tener sancochadas en la nevera para cualquier preparación no se dañan tan rápido y las aves no nos ganen en la carrera.
Ingredientes: 1/2 kilo de guayabas bien lavadas y sin semillas, 3 cucharadas de maicena (fécula de maíz).
1 astilla de canela, canela en polvo, 1/4 de panela ( papelón).
1 taza de leche,1/2 litro de agua.

My daughter @soyveru, who is 15 years old, loves to drink from bottles, not because she drinks with bottles but because everything that was prepared for her with milk, she says they are bottles and although it sounds strange, she still says: Mommy gives me a little bottle with the only purpose of consent. This is one of his favorites and since we have a guava tree I try to have parboiled ones in the fridge for any preparation, they don't go bad so quickly and the birds don't beat us in the race. Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of well washed and seedless guavas, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. 1 cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder, 1/4 panela (paper). 1 cup of milk, 1/2 liter of water.

Preparación: se llevan a hervir las guayabas con el agua, la panela, la astilla de canela, tienen que quedar bien blanditas.

Preparation: the guavas are boiled with the water, the panela, the cinnamon stick, they have to be very soft.

Las licuamos y llevamos nuevamente a la olla a fuego medio mientras, diluidos en la leche la maicena, cuando comienza a hervir las guayabas agregamos la mezcla sin dejar de mover para que cocine bien la fécula cuando hierve ya estará listo nuestro atol.
Una observación: antes de licuar retirar la astilla de canela.

We blend them and take them back to the pot over medium heat while, diluted in the milk, the cornstarch, when the guavas start to boil, add the mixture without stopping stirring so that the starch cooks well when it boils, our atole will be ready.
One observation: before blending, remove the cinnamon stick.

Es cremoso, con un color espectacular además de que aprovechamos las virtudes de ésta fruta. Servimos con un poco de canela en polvo.
