Te traje ésta cremita de calabacín calientita para que te sientas apapachado, te animas a prepararla?, compré un calabacín de 800 gramos y pensé en una crema y así lo uso completo.
Ingredientes: 800 gramos de calabacín.
1 cebolla mediana.
1 cucharada de margarina.
Dos cucharadas de harina de trigo.
Una barrita de caldo concentrado.
Una cucharada de aceite.
1/2 litro de agua.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Preparación: lo primero es hacer el caldo y para facilitarlo tengo lo que llamamos aquí en Venezuela un cubito, caldo concentrado deshidratado. Lo pongo al fuego en una olla con agua hasta hervir, apago y reservo.

Lavo bien los vegetales, pico la cebolla en cuadros y la llevo a fuego en una olla con aceite, removiendo constantemente hasta transparentar.
I wash the vegetables well, chop the onion into squares and bring it to the heat in a pot with oil, stirring constantly until transparent.
Pelo el calabacín pero no en su totalidad, me gusta dejar parte de la concha, lo pico de manera irregular, lo agrego a las cebollas sin dejar de mover y a fuego medio, unos 8 minutos.
I peel the zucchini but not in its entirety, I like to leave part of the shell, I chop it irregularly, I add it to the onions without stopping moving and over medium heat, about 8 minutes.
Sumo la margarina y cuando derrite coloco las cucharadas de harina sin dejar de mover unos segundos, agrego el caldo, mezclo bien y dejó hervir.
I add the margarine and when it melts I place the flour cockroaches without stopping to move a few seconds, I add the broth, mix well and bring to a boil.
Apago dejo enfriar y licúo todo muy bien, vuelvo a la olla, pongo pimienta, rectifico sal recordando que el caldo es salado. Antes de servir se pone a calentar y se sirve. Es suave y cremosa... Fácil y con pocos ingredientes, anímate!
