Healthy bread rich in fiber
This recipe that I bring you this time is for a healthy bread that sustains a lot, produces a feeling of satiety. It favors the digestive system due to the stimulating action of fiber, which helps to reduce constipation.
In addition to the fiber it contains, it also has a source of vegetable protein, supporting health benefits.
To make this nutritious bread you will need the following ingredients
- 20 grams of lemon seeds
- 20 of sesame seeds
- 245 grams of flour with raising agent
- 120 grams of oatmeal flakes
- 60 grams of beef
- 50 grams of margarine
- 81 grams of prunes
- 1 egg
- 246 milliliters of almond milk
It is important to note that if you do not have almond milk you can use coconut milk or cow's milk.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, we must knead until we obtain a homogeneous mass, I usually weigh the total mass, in order to divide the portions equally. This time I made balls of 60 grams each, and then flatten them with my hands, place them on a greased tray and take them to the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
It is important to note that the baking time will depend on the oven you have, since there are some that heat up faster or, on the contrary, it is difficult to reach the desired temperature.
