Hola a todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta deliciosa y sencilla de preparar. La hizo mi suegra para mí y me encantó, se trata de una receta de otoño a la que ella llama Tortitas de calabaza. Acompañenme a prepararlas:
Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you a delicious and easy to prepare recipe. My mother-in-law made it for me and I loved it, it is an autumn recipe that she calls Pumpkin Pancakes. Join me to prepare them:
Pumpkin pancakes, autumn recipe
-200 gramos de calabaza
-1 huevo
-Sal al gusto
-1 cebolla
-250 ml de aceite de soya
-200 grams of pumpkin
-1 egg
-Salt to taste
-1 onion
-250 ml soybean oil
-Primero tomamos la calabaza y la rallamos. Yo lo hice con su cáscara ya que tiene una concentración de minerales y le aporta un crujiente sabor a las tortitas.

-Cortamos la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños y se la agregamos a la calabaza.

-Agregamos el huevo y la sal y revolvemos toso hasta que quede una masa homogénea.

-Una vez que está la mezcla lista, vamos a calentar el aceite en un sartén. Vamos a verter una cucharada de nuestra mezcla y aplastamos para dar forma a la tortita.

-Cuando se doren por un lado se da vuelta y cuando se doren por ambos lados estarán listas.

-Y listas para disfrutar nuestras tortitas. En casa las acompañamos con aguacate y fue una combinación estupenda.
