Making Filipino's all time favorite Mango Graham Cake/Float!

Each country has a specialty in terms of food. For most of different countries there is definitely a famous food that they can offer. Just like here in the Philippines, we have Mango Graham Cake that became popular especially nowadays.

Mango Graham Cake is a popular dessert in the Philippines that is commonly served during special occassions like Christmas, New Year's Eve, or even birthdays. This dessert is everyone's favorite here in my country as it gives a unique flavor with the combination of creamy, sweet, and the trophical fruity flavor from our very own fresh mangoes.

Since today is my friend's birthday, I made a Mango Graham Cake for her and I'm going to show you the ingredients and the process of making it.

For the ingredients we will be needing heavy cream, condensed milk, ripe mangoes, and also graham crackers.

The first step in making a creamy and delicious Mango Graham Cake was beating the chilled heavy cream and condensed milk very well in order to achieved a thick and heavy cream. This process was also helpful to double the size of your cream to at least lessen the costing.

The second step was to slice the ripe mango in your desired shape and size.

Also, you need to prepare and check the graham crackers if it was still good in shape because sometimes the crackers were already crushed and not in good shape for layering.

After preparing all the needed ingredients, the last and simple step to do was to layer the crackers and then the heavy cream with condensed milk while adding the slice mango at the top of it and just repeat the process until you have filled the container. Also, to make it more presentable, just add a crushed graham crackers at the top and a nicely sliced mango. After that, you can put it inside the fridge and wait for at least an hour for it to be chilled as Mango Graham Cake is best served when chilled! And that's it! You can finally enjoy and savour a flavorful and famous dessert in the Philippines!
