Hello guys, how are you?
I know each of us is busy in our daily lives. Even if we are busy, we also need to rest and eat delicious and healthy food so that we have the strength to face the challenges of life.
So, today I want to share with you a Filipino dish that we call Binagoongang Baboy. Maybe some of you here don't know or are confused about Binagoongang baboy. Binagoongong comes from the root word bagoong and it is shrimp paste. And baboy is pork meat.
And the first time I tasted it was in Cubao, Manila that was a long time ago. And I liked it because it was really delicious. So, I remembered this dish today because someone sold bagoong earlier and exactly I had an eggplant vegetables. And I thought of cooking this for our dinner because my family has never tasted this dish. I was feeling pressure while cooking because they might not like it. When I served it at the table and they tasted it, they liked it and I was happy and we had a good meal and conversation.
And today I'm going to share my Binagoongang baboy with you and I'm sure your family will like it. And these are the ingredients in our cooking.

Cooking
As usual in a hot pan put exact amout of cooking oil saute the garlic and onions until it is aromatic and golden brown.
Add the pork meat and mix it well. And immediately put a little water to boil it until the meat softens and the broth is reduced.
And add the Bagoong when the meat is soft and mix it well.
Immediately add the green pepper and tomato and mix it again and season with oyster sauce, magic sarap, black pepper and a little salt because our bagoong is already salty. Mix well and taste it.
And immediately put the eggplant and cover it in a few seconds because the eggplant cooks quickly. And serve it.
